GENERAL CARE

FLOATER LEATHER: Lightly dampen a clean cloth with a small amount of water and gently apply to dirty areas. To maintain the leather's natural shine, apply a neutral leather moisturizer, available at supermarkets. Refrain from using liquids containing alcohol or shoe polish, as they can alter the natural composition of the leather.
SOFT LEATHERS (calfskin or goatskin): Clean the product with a dry cloth and apply a waterproofing spray, available at supermarkets, before and during use. Please note that this type of leather is prone to getting dirty and greasy easily.
SUEDE AND NUBUCK: Suede or nubuck should always be cleaned dry. Rub with a brush in the same direction or use a suede eraser to remove dirt and/or marks. Avoid contact with water or jeans, as this type of leather can cause color transfer. Frequently apply a waterproofing spray and leather intensifier.
HAIR-ON LEATHER: Friction with other surfaces can cause hair loss. To clean, rub a brush in the direction of the hair fall and use waterproofing sprays before and during use. Avoid contact with water and other substances that may cause irreparable alterations to the leather.
VACHETTA OR VEGETABLE-TANNED LEATHER: Apply a minimal amount of neutral moisturizer to a clean cloth and rub evenly over the leather. Immediately polish and remove excess cream with another clean, dry cloth.
PATENT LEATHER: Due to the migratory property of patent leather, contact with other materials that may cause permanent stains on the leather should be avoided. For proper cleaning, dampen a clean cloth with water and apply gently. Dry and polish in a circular motion with a dry cloth. Do not apply moisturizing cream, shoe polish, or varsol.
Shipping in Bogotá 1 to 3 business days. For the following cities, the delivery time is 2 to 4 business days: Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, and Cartagena. For the rest of the country, we deliver your order within 3 to 5 business days. The delivery time will begin to count from the confirmation of your payment by DIVINA CASTIDAD and the analysis of the data, which may take one business day.
- WARRANTY
At DIVINA CASTIDAD, we are responsible for repairing products that are the result of material or manufacturing defects. Please note that our warranty does not cover claims resulting from product deterioration due to use, such as: scratches on the leather from contact with rough surfaces; staining from other substances like dye, perfumes, creams, dirt, and contact with other materials like jeans, car mats, pens, etc.; exposure of the product to water, especially rain; exposure of the product to high temperatures.
✓ The warranty coverage for our bags, wallets, and leather goods is 6 months, starting from the invoice date. This warranty covers this product only for material or manufacturing defects.
DIVINA CASTIDAD is not responsible for product deterioration due to use or for special, incidental, or indirect damages, whatever their cause.
To obtain warranty service, the customer must contact our customer service center, where we will assist them immediately.
Within the warranty period, DIVINA CASTIDAD will repair or replace defective parts at its discretion within a reasonable period of time in accordance with Law 1480 of 2011, free of charge, using new or refurbished spare parts.
If the product is presented after the warranty expires, the repair will be at the exclusive expense of the customer.
If, within the product's warranty period, DIVINA CASTIDAD determines that the item cannot be repaired, the customer will be given a credit for the purchase value.
In the event that the product is repaired and the fault recurs, considering the nature of the item and the characteristics of the defect, at the customer's discretion, a new repair will be carried out, or the item will be partially or totally exchanged for another of the same kind and/or similar characteristics.
- EXCHANGES
DIVINA CASTIDAD only accepts exchanges or returns of its products within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date, provided that they show no evidence of use and have their original tags.
The value paid for the item will be refunded as store credit (voucher).
No cash refunds will be given.
Exchanges or returns are not accepted for items custom-made at the customer's request.
Products purchased on promotion are not eligible for exchange.
If the item shows evidence of use, DIVINA CASTIDAD will not make the exchange.
