GARANTIA - WARRANTY

At DIVINA CASTIDAD, we handle repairs for products that result from material or manufacturing defects. Please note that our warranty does not cover claims resulting from product deterioration due to use, such as: abrasions to the leather from contact with rough surfaces; staining from other substances like dye, perfumes, creams, dirt, and contact with other materials such as jeans, car mats, pens, etc.; product exposure to water, especially rain; product exposure to high temperatures.

The warranty coverage for our bags, wallets, and leather goods is ninety (90) days from the invoice date. This warranty covers the product only for material or manufacturing defects.

DIVINA CASTIDAD is not responsible for product deterioration due to use or for special, incidental, or indirect damages, regardless of their cause.

To obtain warranty service, the customer must contact our customer service center, where we will assist them immediately.

Within the warranty period, DIVINA CASTIDAD will repair or replace defective parts at its discretion within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with Law 1480 of 2011, free of charge, using new or refurbished parts.

If the product is presented after the warranty has expired, the repair will be at the customer's sole expense.

If, within the product's warranty period, DIVINA CASTIDAD determines that the item cannot be repaired, the customer will be issued a credit for the purchase value.

If the product is repaired and the defect recurs, considering the nature of the item and the characteristics of the defect, the customer may choose a new repair, a partial or total exchange of the item for another of the same kind and/or similar characteristics.

 

In DIVINA CASTIDAD we take care of repairs to products that result from defects in material or workmanship. Please note that our warranty does not cover claims that are the result of the wear and tear of the product as scrapes to the skin by contact with rough surfaces; smeared with other substances such as dye, perfumes, lotions, dirt and contact with other materials such as jean, car mats, pens, etc; Product exposure to water, especially rain; product exposure to high temperatures.

Warranty coverage for our products in bags, wallets and leather is ninety (90) days from the date of issue of the invoice. This product warranty covers only defects in material and workmanship.

DIVINA CASTIDAD is not responsible for the deterioration of the product for use or for special, incidental or consequential damages, whatever the cause.

To obtain warranty service, the customer must contact our customer service center, where the reply immediately.

Within the warranty period, DIVINA CASTIDAD repair or replace its discretion defective parts within a reasonable period of time according to the Law 1480 of 2011 no charge, using new or refurbished parts.

If the product is subsequently submitted to the expiration of the warranty, repair thereof shall be paid entirely by the customer

If within product warranty DIVINA CASTIDAD determines that does not support good repair, proceed to give the customer a credit balance with the value of the purchase.

If the product is repaired and the fault recur, in response the nature of good and characteristics of default to customer choice shall be a new repair, partial or total change of the property by another of the same species and / or similar features.

 

CAMBIOS - EXCHANGES

  • DIVINA CASTIDAD only accepts exchanges or returns of its products within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date, provided they show no evidence of use and have the original tags.
  • The value paid for the item will be returned as store credit (voucher).
  • No cash refunds are issued.
  • Exchanges or returns are not accepted for items custom-made at the customer's request.
  • Products purchased on promotion are not eligible for exchange.
  • If the item shows evidence of use, DIVINA CASTIDAD will not process the exchange.

  • No refunds are made.
  • Returns or exchanges on goods made on request is not accepted.
  • Promotional Products purchased without change.
  • If the article presents evidence of use, DIVINA CASTIDAD  not make the change.
